ABOUT
Words For Women.
Women all over the world are labeled as “aggressive,” “emotional,” or “difficult.” At Words for Women, we believe these labels don’t stem from flaws, but from a world absent of women’s voices. Our mission is to recognize and mobilize the voices of the youth so that they aren’t just participating in conversations about the future, but leading them.
Founded by two committed and highly successful high school debaters, Words for Women has implemented curriculums at schools and programs across Dallas Fort-Worth and have had resources reach over 150 students.
We have developed a comprehensive curriculum to inspire confidence, develop public speaking skills, and form convincing arguments through thorough logic and research. We offer one-one one mentorship, debate focused services, program-wide mentorship, and workshops. You can find out more about our sessions by clicking here.
