Kaitlyn Ouyang
Co-Founder and CEO
Kaitlyn is a junior at The Hockaday School. She has experience in Public Forum Debate and Informative Speaking and currently competes in the Texas Forensic Association's World Schools Debate division. As a sophomore, she was a top 10 individual speaker and a top 10 team in Texas, as well as earning numerous other local and international awards. Further, she is the president of her school's Model UN club, earning an award at the Harvard Model UN conference, the largest and most prestigious MUN conference in the nation. Outside of debate, she is a two-time piano state champion, member of her school's varsity rowing and swimming teams, and owner of a music-based nonprofit. She loves to read, bake, go on late-night drives, and talk with her friends.
Lily Vollbrecht
Co-Founder and President
Lily is a junior at the Hockaday School and has been doing debate for 4+ years (Policy/CX and World Schools Debate) and Model UN for 7+ years. In her two years of high school, she has earned 10+ awards from those two activities, including third individual speaker at the Coaches’ National Tournament and top 10 team at TFA State. She is also a member of the 2025-2026 NSDA Team USA Development team. In addition to debate, she is on Hockaday’s Varsity Rowing team year-round. In her free time, she enjoys reading, (especially fiction!), hanging out with her friends, and listening to podcasts (shoutout Dan Carlin’s Hardcore History).



Julianne Myhre
Outreach and Social Impact Chair
Julianne is a junior at The Hockaday School and in her third year as a competitive World Schools debater. She has achieved notable success with her team, including championing two tournaments on the TFA circuit, and as an individual, placing within the top ten for speaker awards at multiple regional and international tournaments. She also has judged middle school debate on the DUDA circuit. Outside of debate Julianne is a member of Hockaday’s varsity rowing team, the co-chair of Hockaday’s social impact board, and the head of recurring programs at Hockaday. She loves to read, watch niche sports, spend time with her dog, and listen to musicals.

Sara Elias
Chapter Coordinator
Sara Elias is a junior at the School for the Talented and Gifted and has been involved in policy debate for 4 years and Model UN for 4 years. She has earned recognition through these activities, most recently competing at UIL State at the University of Texas. She also serves as president of her school’s Public Speaking Club, where she leads workshops to help her peers develop communication and presentation skills. This past summer, she gained legal experience as an intern at a law firm. Outside of academics, she is a coxswain for Dallas United Crew. In her free time, she enjoys watching new shows and cycling.



Meenakshi Mandalapu
Marketing Chair
Meenakshi is a sophomore at Greenhill School. She has been debating for 3+ years and has experience in Policy and World Schools debate. Throughout her freshman year she has earned numerous team and individual awards and has competed in the Texas Forensic Association State tournament and National Speech and Debate Association tournament. Aside from debate, she is on the Varsity Field Hockey team and Student Council.
In her free time she likes to play the guitar, paint, and hang out with her friends.
